The Process

Send in Your Pre-Loved Toys
When it’s time to let them go, pack up your pre-loved toys and send them our way. Add a short bio or story if you’d like — we love to know their history. This is the first step in turning them into sustainable soft toys ready for a second hug.

Spa Day at HQ
Once they arrive, your cuddly friends check in for a relaxing spa session. We give them a gentle clean, make any needed repairs, and ensure they’re safe for playtime. While they’re being pampered, we prepare everything to get them adoption-ready.
3.
Ready for a New Adventure
Fresh, clean, and looking their best, each toy enjoys a little photoshoot before appearing in our store. From here, adopters from all over the world can choose their new friend. They’ll join thousands of other eco-friendly toys who’ve already found new homes.
4.
A Fresh Start
Your old friend begins life again as a sustainable soft toy, off to make new memories. You might even see them featured in our Loved Again section, sharing the joy in their brand-new homes.
